What is a doula?
A doula is trained in newborn and postpartum care, and provides emotional, physical, and educational support for new moms and growing families. 

When you are handed your new baby with the feeling of "what now?", a postpartum doula is there to help you transition into life with a newborn.

My focus is to encourage development of a healthy emotional state so you feel capable of handling whatever tomorrow brings.
